Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 17:
David W. Fry, 61, charge dismissed, hunting seasons and limits for brown bear.
John E. Capen, 53, charge dismissed, driving under the influence.
Alaska State Troopers at 1:23 a.m. went to a disturbance at a Twin Peaks Loop home in Anchor Point. Troopers alleged a 43-year-old Anchor Point woman assaulted a family member and destroyed property. Troopers arrested the woman for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and fifth-degree criminal mischief. Troopers said alcohol was involved in the case.
A caller at 7:27 a.m. reported a man sleeping in a car at an East End Road address. Police issued a man a trespass notice.
A caller at 9:26 a.m. reported an eagle in distress in the water off the Spit. The caller later reported the eagle made it to shore OK.
Police at 12:17 p.m. contacted a person driving a vehicle on the Spit beach in a prohibited area. Police cited the driver.
A caller at 4:59 p.m. reported a disoriented woman not making sense and asked for a welfare check. Police contacted the woman and she was taken to South Peninsula Hospital.
Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to two medical calls.
