He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 140 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
