Judgments

Anders Per Wold Gustafson, 38, charges dismissed, fourth-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespass.

Maude S. Halbur, 40, charge dismissed, driving while license revoked. She pleaded guilty to a separate charge of driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 50 days in jail with 50 days suspended.

Steven J. Squires, 25, charge dismissed, first-degree criminal trespassing. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 50 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to stay off the Wynn Nature Center property for one year; and was placed on probation for one year.

Julie M. Fowler, 45, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay $430 in restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request and not contact her victim; and was placed on probation for one year. She pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Lee J. Henry, 54, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Criminal Court

Cim J Blair, 34, failure to register as a sex offender.

Gregory S. Kalmakoff, 29, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, both felonies; fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Madison J. Chacon, 28, Ninilchik, reckless driving.

Chad T. Kuryla, 46, Anchor Point, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Joseph Kuzmin, 40, Voznesenka, second-degree terroristic threatening, domestic violence, first-degree burglary, both felonies; fourth-degree assault, four counts; second-degree harassment.

Andrei V. Martishev, 19, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Patrick D. Albright, 54, Anchor Point, driving under the influence.

James E. Dixon, 45, Anchor Point, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, all felonies.

Joseph V. Gabryszak, 32, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, three counts.
