Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 26:
Michele L. Davis-Aranguiz, 49, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, fifth-degree criminal mischief.
Jacob D. Arriola, 25, charge dismissed, violating a protective order. He pleaded guilty to another charge of violating a protective order. He was sentenced to 260 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with his victim and to obtain a mental health evaluation; and was placed on probation for two years.
Melissa D. Manasco, 29, charge dismissed, driving in violation of limited license. She pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Kenneth Ogle, 41, charge dismissed, driving while license revoked. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to five days in jail.
Trevor C. Kearney, 47, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. driving under the influence. He was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge; ordered not to have contact with South Peninsula Hospital unless there is a medical emergency.
Andres A. Jauregui, 38, violating a domestic protective order.
Jacob T. Watson, 50, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; violating conditions of release.
Aryln L. Davidson, 48, fourth-degree assault,
Juliania McConnell v. Mark McConnell, temporary restraining order granted; TRO dissolved.
Minor party v. Mark McConell, TRO granted; TRO dissolved.
In the matter of Megan Mary Spurkland, change of name to Megan Mary Corazza.
