Judgments

James M. Peltier, 58, Anchor Point, charges dismissed, first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, three counts. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for four years. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 360 days suspended; ordered to pay restitution; ordered to forfeit his interest in a shotgun seized; and ordered not to contact his victims. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 360 days suspended.

Daniel A. Grosser, 34, charges dismissed, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and no motor vehicle liability insurance. He pleaded guilty to failure to give immediate notice of an accident. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended;  and was placed on probation for one year.

Kyle R. Hock, 27, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony; driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Michael P. Slater, 46, driving under the influence.

Aliesha Ottobre, 27, driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Mary E. Moore, 50, fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass, domestic violence.

Sheri L. Carr, 51, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

William O. Tate, 51, DUI, driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Anthony A. Hays, 63, Anchor Point, fourth-degree theft.

Peter A. Anahonak Jr., 53, Port Graham, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Dennis P. Anahonak, 59, Port Graham, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Mary K. Field, 28, Anchor Point, first-degree burglary, first-degree vehicle theft, both felonies; first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Derek M. Parker, 25, DUI.

Leon R. Oleson, 67, Anchor Point, driving while license revoked, no motor vehicle liability insurance.
