Arvell M. Dinwiddie

Former Homer resident Arvell Dinwiddie, 90, died Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, in Clearwater, Kan. He was born Nov. 11, 1925, in Mullenville, Kan. He was a retired carpenter. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lianne “Lee” (Garrett) Dinwiddie; his, son, Charles; brothers, Melvin and Blain; and granddaughter, Katherine “Kat” Dinwiddie. 

He is survived by his son, Richard (Marilyn) Dinwiddie of Clearwater, Kan.; brother, Elmer (Lee) Dinwiddie of Green Valley, Ariz.; grandchildren, Jared (Michelle), Stephanie, Adam and Gayle Dinwiddie; and three great-grandchildren.
