Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 3:
Delanie M. Costello, 21, charges dismissed, driving without a driver’s license in possession, driving without a driver’s license.
Tyler J.L. Hecks, 28, Seldovia, charges dismissed, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree theft. He pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted second-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
Pauline J. Parkhurst, 55, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 270 days in jail with 210 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for three years; and was placed on probation for five years.
Wayland G. Branstetter, 48, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited, two counts; violating conditions of release, four counts (two separate sets of charges on May 26).
John E. Capen, 53, Anchor Point, driving under the influence.
Andrew Edrosa, 31, Ninilchik, third-degree misconduct involving weapons-felon in possession of firearms, a felony.
Duane E. Cochran, 57, Anchor Point, DUI; driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Michael J. Goodie II, 29, felony DUI, felony refusal to submit to a chemical test, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons.
Brad S. Kirby, 43, Anchor Point, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Cobrey A. Lewis, 24, DUI.
