Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 1:


Shante L.J. Jackson, 29, charges dismissed, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fifth-degree misconduct involved a controlled substance, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Andrew Edrosa, 31, charge dismissed, third-degree weapons misconduct.

Keith E. Seville III, 38, Nanwalek, charge dismissed, first-degree criminal trespassing. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to third-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jennifer L. Roundstone, 49, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Michael D. Griffin, 23, driving under the influence.

Stacey A. Anderson, 40, second-degree criminal trespassing, concealment of merchandise.

Alden T. Steiner, 19, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Stefan B. Nields, 43, fifth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespassing, indecent exposure.

Goldie A. Shealy, 22, DUI.

Carlos D. Pimentel-Acosta, DUI.

Willie J. Eben, 52, DUI, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Logan B. Jensen, 34, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Spencer E. McLean, 24, Ninilchik, protection of fish and game.

James D. Weber, 19, DUI; minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, minor consuming alcohol (both alcohol underage offenses).

Christopher M. Stone, 42, fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespassing.

Aaron M. Martin, 42, fourth-degree theft.
