Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 8:

Judgments

Peter D. Petrosius, 38, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Anna D. Stanfill, 35, charges dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited, failure to obey citation.

Jessica L. Stout, 33, charge dismissed, one count of violation of custodian duty. She pleaded guilty to a second count of violation of custodian duty. She was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to apply to be a third-party custodian; and was placed on probation for two years.

Christopher M. Stone, 42, El Paso, Texas, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault. He pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he pay a $500 fine by Dec. 31 and a $50 Police Training Fund surcharge by July 11. He was ordered not to have any contact with his victim and was placed on probation for one year.

Vonifanti I. Basargin, 65, Nikolaevsk, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He was ordered to be arrested immediately if seen driving.

Andrew R. Cook, 25, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Forest W. Bond, 30, second-degree burglary, a felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief, April 25 charges; second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies; third-degree theft, March 21 charges.

David Kratsas, 52, Anchor Point, driving under the influence.

Gary T. Gilstrap, 27, fugitive from justice.

Daniel B. Cope, 37, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

James R. Harris, 65, Ninilchik, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Sundown M. Asbell, 31, Ninilchik, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Madison H. Moreland, 24, Ninilchik, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Steavin R. Martin, 31, DUI, driving without a valid operator’s license, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Carla F. Carrico, 38, Anchor Point, DUI.

Devon O. Corbellm driving without a valid operator’s license.

Heidi M. Johnsrud, 45, violating conditions of release.

Nicholas A. Dufour, 31, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; violating conditions of release.

Talmadge M. Phillips, 53, violating conditions of release, second-degree harassment.

Brandy A. Taylor, 24, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Civil Court
