Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 21:

Judgments

James D. Weber, 19, charges dismissed, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, minor consuming alcohol. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Andres A. Jauregui, 38, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked, cancelled, suspended or limited. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Michael R. Jovanov, 29, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to a 2009 charge of sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Cary W. Gibbs, 48, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to time served in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Keith L. Hediger, 64, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Warren C.C.. Belford, 31, second-degree criminal trespassing, drunk person on license premises, July 13 charges; fourth-degree theft, July 18 charge.
