A caller at 1:05 p.m. reported a shoplifter at a Pioneer Avenue business. Police issued a summons for fourth-degree theft to a 31-year-old man.

A caller at 1:33 p.m. reported a civil disagreement over a dog at a Rochelle Road address. Police responded.

A woman at 3:50 p.m. reported a civil issue.

A caller at 4:04 p.m. reported a man threatened and almost hit her on the Spit. Police responded.

A man at 4:30 p.m. reported a scam.

A woman at 6:50 p.m. reported a man followed her children.

A woman at 7:17 p.m. reported she found a set of key on Bishop’s Beach. Police returned the keys to the owner.

A 31-year-old woman at 9:43 p.m. turned herself in on a warrant.

A caller at 10:28 p.m. reported dangerous driving near pedestrians on Bishop’s Beach. Police responded but did not find the suspect driver.

July 19

A person at 2:44 a.m. made a 911 call of a possible intruder at a Soundview Avenue home. Police responded and found all was OK.

A caller at 6:51 a.m. reported a person who had a trespass notice was at a Sterling Highway business. Police responded.

A caller at 8:01 a.m. reported a possibly intoxicated person sitting near the road on the Spit. Police responded but could not find the drunk.

A caller at 11:01 a.m. reported a bicyclist weaving in the road and yelling at people on Kachemak Drive.

A caller at 12:17 p.m. reported a man caused a disturbance at a Bartlett Street business. Police responded.

A person at 1:36 p.m. made a 911 call asking for a ride home. Police advised the person to call a taxi.

Police at 12:49 p.m. contacted a 31-year-old man at a Pioneer Avenue business and arrested him for trespassing and violating conditions of release.

A caller at 3:33 p.m. reported a man disturbing customers at a Sterling Highway business. Police couldn’t find the man.

A caller at 4:13 p.m. reported a trespass violation.

A caller at 6:36 p.m. reported damage and possible theft from a car on the Spit.

A person at 6:26 p.m. made a 911 call of a drone being flown over Beluga Lake. Police contacted the drone operator and advised the person to fly it elsewhere.

A caller at 8:24 p.m. reported a woman causing a disturbance at a Sterling Highway business. Police couldn’t find the woman, but at 9:51 p.m. received a report of a woman acting strangely on the Spit. Police responded.

A caller at 8:37 p.m. asked police to check on a man lying down near Ohlson Lane. Police responded.

July 20

A caller at 7:25 a.m. reported receiving harassing phone calls from a person.

A person at 11:14 a.m. reported to the police station to be served a domestic-violence restraining order.

A person at 11:45 a.m. made a 911 call reporting someone damaged her parked car on the Spit. She thought the incident might have been vandalism.

A person at 1:46 p.m. made a 911 call asking police to do a welfare check on a man lying in the grass near Hazel Avenue. Police responded and provided the person transportation.

A caller at 2:21 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a woman at a Carlson Place address. Police later found the woman at South Peninsula Hospital.

A caller at 4:07 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a man at a Heath Street address. Police couldn’t find the man at the time, but at 9:45 p.m. found him in response to a report of drunk men at a Sterling Highway business. The man was OK. Police told the drunks to move along.

A caller at 4:30 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a man at a Heath Street address. Police advised the man to stay away from bars and liquor stores that night.

Police at 4:53 p.m. arrested a man on an outstanding warrant.

A caller at 5:23 p.m. reported a drunk man stumbling near the Sterling Highway and lying in front of a business. Police responded and took the man to South Peninsula Hospital for medical clearance and then into protective custody at the jail.

A caller at 5:25 p.m. asked police to issue an indefinite trespass notice to a man from a Main Street address.

A person at 6:25 p.m. made a 911 call asking for assistance with an ongoing issue at a Sterling Highway address.

Multiple people at 7:07 p.m. made 911 calls of a shoplifter running from a business near the Poopdeck Trail. Police responded and issues a summons to a 49-year-old man for fourth-degree theft and second-degree trespassing.

A caller at 9:25 p.m. reported a stolen bicycle.

A caller at 9:45 p.m. asked police to remove drunk men from a Sterling Highway business. Police contacted the men and they agreed to move along.

A caller at 10:05 p.m. reported a person driving on the Spit in a restricted area. Police advised the driver of city ordinances.

A caller at 10:50 p.m. asked police to issue a trespass notice to a person from a Pioneer Avenue business. Police issued the woman a notice.

July 21

A caller at 2:54 a.m. reported suspicious social media activity

A caller at 10:22 a.m. reported a suspicious vehicle and possible drug activity at a Pennock Street address. Police responded.

A caller at 2:09 p.m. reported a drunk man sitting on the sidewalk in front of a Sterling Highway business. Police took the man to the hospital for medical clearance and then into protective custody.

Multiple people at 6 p.m. reported a drunk man falling into the road on the Sterling Highway. Police and medics responded. The man was given transportation home.

A caller at 6:24 p.m. reported the theft of construction tools from a Kachemak Drive home.

A caller at 9:33 p.m. reported people trespassed on vacant land on Horizon Court. Police responded and issued the people trespassing warnings. At 5:56 p.m. on July 23 a caller again reported people trespassing. Police responded and they left on request.

July 22

Multiple people at 1:51 a.m. made 911 calls of a disturbance in a Heath Street residential area. Police responded and told a man to stay away for the night.

A caller at 6:32 a.m. reported waking to find two horses in her yard on Bayridge Road.

A caller at 7:54 a.m. reported a person sitting in grass near a Sterling Highway business.

A caller at 8:34 a.m. reported a person with inappropriate clothing in the lobby of a Heath Street building. Police responded.

A caller at 11:17 a.m. reported a man causing a disturbance at a Heath Street parking lot.

A caller at 6:01 p.m. reported a drunk man tried to steal from a Pioneer Avenue business and then left. Police responded and arrested the 31-year-old man for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.

A caller at 6:25 p.m. reported a possible shoplifter at a Pioneer Avenue address. Police responded and issued a summons for fourth-degree theft to a 21-year-old man.

A person at 8:58 p.m. made a 911 call of a possible drug overdose on the Spit. Police responded and found all was OK.

July 23

A caller at 12:42 a.m. reported woman arguing outside a Forest Glen Drive home. Police responded.

A caller at 4:03 a.m. reported a woman being disruptive and refusing to leave a Pioneer Avenue bar.

A caller at 5:29 a.m. asked for help with escorting a drunk man off Spit property. Police responded and issued a trespass notice to the man. At 6:37 a.m. a person made a 911 call that the same man was passed out on his boat. Police responded.

A caller at 8:24 a.m. reported a man yelling obscenities and refusing to leave a Sterling Highway address. Police responded but the man had gone.

A caller at 11:47 a.m. reported drunk people harassing customers at a Sterling Highway business. Police responded and issued a trespass notice for a year to one man and told two other people to leave.

A caller at 2:47 p.m. reported a possible theft from a Bayview Avenue home. Police responded and issued a trespass notice to a man.

A woman at 11:24 p.m. flagged down an officer on the Spit and reported a missing child. Police found the child and all was OK.

July 24

A caller at 5:22 a.m. reported three people setting off fireworks on the beach and on his property. Police responded but did not find the suspects.

A caller at 10:41 a.m. reported people trespassing on private property and camping in no-camping areas on Bishop’s Beach below Crittenden Drive. Police responded.

A caller at 4:35 p.m. reported a man was back at a Sterling Highway address who needed to be issued a trespass notice. Police responded and advised the man he was trespassing.

Police at 8:07 p.m. contacted a drunk man in the parking lot of a Sterling Highway business. Police told the man to stay away from the business for the rest of the day.

A person at 8:55 p.m. flagged down an officer to report a man passed out in a car parking in a Sterling Highway lot.

A caller at 11:11 p.m. reported a theft from a car parked at a Greatland Street address.
