Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 16:
Cynthia Barker, 28, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.
Joseph Kuzmin, 40, charge dismissed, first-degree criminal trespass. He pleaded guilty to first-degree harassment, touching genitals, buttocks or breasts. He was fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Angela Cramer, 39, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment, with fee waived for residential treatment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years.
Eric M. Hipkiss, 49, felony driving under the influence, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.
Andrew R. Cook, 25, Ninilchik, DUI, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.
Anatoly Kojin, 31, Nikoalevsk, fourth-degree assault, two counts, interfering with a report of domestic violence.
Tiffany B. Tesear, 23, DUI, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Elizaveta A. Reutov, 16, driving in violation of instructional permit.
Pamela J. Larson, 39, second-degree theft, use of an access device, five counts, all felonies; fourth-degree theft.
Kimberly L. Scheaffer, 46, second-degree theft, use of an access device, five counts, all felonies; fourth-degree theft.
