When driving, pay close attention to the sides of the roads, because the moose are on the move. There were quite a few accidents due to moose on Sunday. Also if you are traveling down the North Fork Road, watch for packs of stray or loose dogs. My daughter rolled our vehicle when four dogs came up over an embankment. She was shook up and banged up, but is fine. She swerved and missed the first dog but hit the second dog, who, after being checked out at the vets office, will be OK. I was turning around from the accident when I almost hit a beagle. Truly not the way we wanted to start the New Year. I would hate to have this happen to anyone else.
