Cohen William Boyd was born at 12:20 p.m. Jan. 5, 2009 at South Peninsula Hospital, to Tallee S. Boyd and Jason W. Boyd of Homer. He weighed 4 pounds, 1 ounce. Grandparents are Pamela S. Weldele of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Mary and Russ Boyd of Paradise, Calif.
