&bullYes, I support ACT’s public interest litigation. The borough has done everything it can to force the issues: they have misinterpreted a referendum on one ordinance to somehow negate an entirely different lawful ordinance.They purposely violated the capital projects cap so that a suit would be initiated. It is time for an impartial judge to determine these issues.
