The Homer Legislative Information Office at 345 West Sterling Highway is open for the 27th Alaska legislative session. Normal office hours are 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m, closed 12-1 p.m. for lunch. Hours vary based on scheduled hearings and floor sessions. Citizens can participate in legislative teleconferences, obtain public document and receive help filing their Permanent Fund Dividends and navigate the BASIS bill-tracking system. Wednesday night Homer Emblem Club Bingo will be closed until April 12. It will begin again on April 13.
