Your help, support, concern and compassion are all gifts that are priceless. I truly could not have made it through this without all of you.
I also want to acknowledge the outstanding team effort made by the doctors at the Homer Medical Clinic, the Home Health RNs and South Peninsula Hospital's pharmacy staff in trying to make Pat's last days as comfortable as possible. You all really went above and beyond. Thank you.
