She pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, ordered to pay restitution to her victim and apply for and assign her Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend until restitution is paid, ordered not to have contact with her victim, ordered to forfeit all items seized and placed on probation for three years.
Zachary A. Whisenhunt, 21, first-degree robbery, first-degree assault, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, all charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree theft and was sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 12 months in jail with six months suspended; ordered to pay a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, ordered to pay restitution to his victim and apply for and assign his Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend until restitution is paid, ordered not to have contact with his victim, ordered to forfeit all items seized, and placed on probation for three years. In a second case, charges of driving while license canceled, not having motor vehicle insurance and violating conditions of release were dismissed. In a third case, Whisenhunt pleaded guilty driving while license canceled and violating conditions of release. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended on the driving charge and 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended on the violating conditions of release charge.
Cody W. Ruetter, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended with 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time. He was ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.
