Homer Alaska - Announcements

Navy Seaman Clifford A. Neece, son of Elizabeth M. Donaghy of Dover Foxcroft, Maine, and Michael A. Neece, of Homer, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. During the 8-week program, Neece completed a variety of training which included classroom study and practical instruction on naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and survival, and shipboard and aircraft safety. An emphasis also was placed on physical fitness.

Neece is a 2011 graduate of Foxcroft Academy of Dover Foxcroft, Maine.
