Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Jan. 20:

Judgments

Michael D. Proctor, 47, failure to register as a sex offender, charge dismissed.

Marcy M. Martin, 33, making a false report, two counts, charges dismissed. She pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had her driver's license revoked for 30 days and placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked and was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and had her driver's license revoked for 90 days.

John W. Bouman III, 18, minor consuming alcohol, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for two years.

Timothy Erofeeff, 18, Silverton, Ore., DUI, MCA, repeat MCA, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a breath test. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Damon K. Absher, 30, pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, ordered to pay restitution and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend, ordered to write a letter of apology to his victim and have no other contact with her, trespassed from the Alibi Bar and ordered not to consume alcohol or non-prescription medication. He was placed on probation for three years.

Adrian M. Smith, 44, pleaded guilty to not having a valid driver's license. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for one year.
