At a hearing held Friday, Judge Ralph Moody of the Superior Court, ruled that an election for incorporation of the city of Homer shall be held March 10. At the chamber of commerce meeting, Sen. Yule Kilcher introduced Bob Arnold, Juneau, who is state chairman of the Centennial Commission, and Jack Farnsworth, centennial chairman of the Kenai Peninsula. Arnold outlined highlights of ideas and plans for the 1967 Centennial.
