Keep an eye out for those four-legged creatures while traveling. They seem to be heading for the sides of the roads looking for something to munch on, especially since we seem to be getting the grand fluffy white stuff.

Just a reminder that Feb. 21 the guest speaker will be a representative from Northern Dynasty, which is trying to develop Pebble Mine. The luncheons are held at the Anchor River Inn at noon.

Tonight’s dinner will be turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes. Dinner is served at 5:30. Mark your calendars for the first and third Monday of the month and come and join the group with your craft ideas.

From 4-6 p.m. Sunday is the monthly fish fry. The Super Bowl Party will be Feb. 4 and will include lots of good eats, many prize give-aways and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite team.
Sno Rondi is coming up. I am sure the chamber has many exciting events planned. There is always that ever so famous snowshoe softball game, which is a lot of fun to watch. A big thank you to all the volunteers who make Sno Rondi happen.
