Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Jan. 20

Judgments

Kari J. McKahan, 38, acquitted, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. She pleaded not guilty to the charge and was found not guilty by a jury.

Warren C. Urdahl, 48, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol and not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.

Daniel R. Penley, 27, Franktown, Colo., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 43 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jason L. Calone, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court. He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Erik F. Donhauser-Sagmoen, 17, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was sentenced to 20 days in a juvenile youth facility with 10 days suspended, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

John C. Davison, 21, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 65 days in jail with 55 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for three years.

Bailey A. Lowney, 25, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 43 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Bruce E. Anderson, 60, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Jared R. Ehmen, 30, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.

Dale M. Besancon, 51, driving while license revoked, avoidance of ignition interlock device.

Emily Matulich, 30, driving under the influence.

Eartha Lee, 36, failure to stop for school bus with flashing red light.

Dustin N. Sheen, 23, leaving the scene of an accident, DWLR.

Nikit E. Matveev, 16, DUI, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, minor consuming alcohol.

Berl T. Rogers, 61, DUI.

Tyler J. Reid, 21, failure to appear in court.

Fedot Konovalov, 61, failure to appear in court.

Connie R. Burrer, 51, driving while license revoked.

Civil Court

In the matter of Dennis L. Alston and Holly I. Alston, dissolution of marriage.

Kimberly Waldrop v. Shawn A. Van Sandt, domestic violence restraining order granted.
