The seizure and arrest followed an anonymous phone call that reportedly told police a man named "Don Young" was expecting to receive the shipment.
The address given by the caller belonged to Donald Yount Jr., who was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, which is a class C felony.
Yount was contacted by an officer at the dock after signing for the shipment, and he admitted that it contained drugs. Police found 41 ounces of marijuana in the shipment.
Yount reportedly told police it was for personal use, not for distribution, and was arrested on $5,000 bond.
