Grant will buy park's sound system

Kachemak Bay Equestrian Association would like to thank Homer Foundation for our recent grant to finance our sound system for Cottonwood Horse Park. This grant will help us in all of our horse shows, clinics and horse and rider activities, to allow the participants and spectators to hear and enjoy the presentation in the arena.

The Homer Foundation's continued support of non-profits is a wonderful asset to our community. We also want to thank HEA and Sue Robinson for their donations toward the purchase of the sound system.

KBEA continues to raise funds for our land payment in which $75,000 is still owed.

Cottonwood Horse Park is a multi-use park, as well as a horse venue. The mud wallow, sponsored by Carmen Field, has been a great success. Also mark your calendar for Cowboy Cabaret on April 28 at Alice's.
