Retreat for families of prisoners offered

The first Kairos Outside to be held in Alaska will be held at the Alaska Christian Retreat Center near Soldotna March 4-6. Sponsored by Kairos Prison Ministry International, it is a spiritual weekend for women at least 20 years old who are family members of those who are or have been incarcerated. The deadline to register is Feb. 5, with a minimum of 24 needed to make it possible. There is no cost to participants. Overnight accommodations and meals are provided.
