If you're in need of a good buddy to buddy around with, this Buddy might be the buddy for you.

Buddy, a four-month-old Siamese mix, is a fun-loving and adventurous little fella who is interested in learning how to play canasta.

If you need a new buddy in your life, or if you've always had a burning desire to teach a cat how to play canasta, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday, noon-5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for information.
