He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 suspended; ordered to pay a $150 correctional facility surcharge with $100 suspended, to complete and pay all costs of outpatient treatment recommended by the Alcohol Safety Action Program; had his driver's license revoked for 30 days; is to perform 40 hours of community service work by June 1; was placed on one year probation; is to comply with all direct court orders by the deadlines stated; is to have no criminal or jailable traffic offenses during the period of probation; and is not to possess or consume alcohol. Carl H. Heifort pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to pay a $75 court surcharge; fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended; is to serve 260 days in jail with 200 suspended; is to pay the $2,000 for the cost of imprisonment; is to pay a $150 correctional facility surcharge with $100 suspsended; is to complete and pay all costs for treatment recommended by the Alcohol Safety Action Program; had his driver's license revoked for 3 years; is to install an ignition interlock for six months; to serve three years probation; to comply with all direct court orders listed by the deadlines states; and is to have no criminal or jailable traffic offenses during the period of probation. Carl H. Heifort, driving with license revoked, dismissed. Carl H. Heifort, resisting arrest, pleaded guilty. He was sentenced to pay $50 court surcharge; fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended; jailed for 90 days with 85 suspended; is to pay a $150 correctional facility surcharge with $100 suspended; is to serve three years probation; is to comply with all direct court orders by the deadline states; and is to have no criminal or jailable traffic offenses during the period of probation. Alexsandra Greenstreet, 19, no motor vehicle insurance. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to pay $50 police training surcharge; fined $300 with none suspended. Michael S. Drake, 26, reckless driving. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to pay $50 police training surcharge; and is to serve 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended. His driver's license was removed for 30 days; he was placed on probation for one year; is to comply with all direct court orders by the stated deadlines; and shall commit no jailable offenses during the period of probation. Betti Jean Malagon, 41, reckless endangerment. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to pay $50 police training surcharge. She was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended; is to serve 180 days in jail with 150 suspended; was ordered to pay $150 confinement facility surcharge with $100 suspended; to provide a DNA sample upon request of an officer; was placed on probation for two years; is to comply with all direct court orders by the deadlines states; shall commit no jailable offenses during the period of probation; is to report to ASAP within 10 days; and is not to possess or consume alcohol or other intoxicating beverages. Indictment Vasily Trofirm Martishev, 37; one count sexual assault, first degree, an unclassified felony; one count robbery, first degree, a class A felony; one count assault, third degree, a class C felony.
