Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 4:

Judgments

Patrick G. Halbur, 31, charges dismissed, failure to provide immediate notice of an accident, fourth-degree weapons misconduct. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Zachary S. Simmons, 18, charge dismissed, fourth-degree theft. He pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 210 days in jail with 200 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund divided and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for three years.

Brett L. Hull, 36, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 37 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jimmie L. Payton Jr., 24, pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 and was placed on probation for two years.

Chelsea K. Anderson, 16, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended. She was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court and placed on probation for one year.

Joshua V. Harrington, 24, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $300.

Scott Hume, 49, Ninilchik, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, felony indictment.

Christopher S. Norman, 31, Ninilchik, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, felony indictment.

Kirk E. Turner, 54, Ninilchik, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, felony indictment.

William J. Miller, 20, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, two counts; second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, two counts.

Cherilyn Sexton, 38, first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Lavro K. Ivanov, 35, negligently take sublegal moose.

Julia J. Rhea, 52, Anchor Point, failure to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.

Kenneth W. Englishoe, 55, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Rodney C. Adkins, 49, Anchor Point, first-degree hindering prosecution.

Jacob T. Watson, 45, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Gloria J. Ramirez, 18, Anchor Point, minor consuming alcohol.

Jami R. Mumey, 17, minor consuming alcohol.

Rocky L. Berg, 20, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Jackie Rae Nordlinder, 48, violating condition of release, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Rayce C. Johnson, 16, driving in violation of instructional permit.

Douglas E. Rich, 25, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, oxycodone, felony indictment.
