ACS has once again chosen Homer Head Start as a recipient of its Community Phone Program for 2005. With the loan of a cell phone and the gift of a generous post-paid monthly plan, we are able to ensure the safety of our Head Start kids on their bus runs to and from the center as well as our field trips about the community. It is only by community support such as ACS's that our program here in Homer can survive. As budgets tighten everywhere, we recognize that we are not the only organization in need of this kind of support and are doubly honored by this gift. Thank you and again thank you, ACS.
