Feb. 3
A man at 1:41 p.m. reported chains had been cut at his Pioneer Avenue business.
A woman at 7:27 p.m. reported her purse had been stolen during the day at her work on Pioneer Avenue. She later found the purse. The case remains under investigation.
Feb. 4
A woman at 12:05 a.m. reported a domestic dispute. Police arrested a 23-year-old man for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and interfering with a report of domestic violence.
Feb. 5
Police at 12:12 a.m. saw a woman drive into the ditch on Lake Street. She was arrested for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
A man at 4:15 p.m. reported being harassed by another person over a property matter.
Police at 10 p.m. arrested a 49-year-old man on an outstanding warrant.
Feb. 6
A woman at 10:27 a.m. asked police to talk with her boy after he was caught stealing. Police talked to the mother and her son.
A woman at 3:21 p.m. reported a woman staying at a Ben Walters Lane home who refused to leave. Police went to the home and the woman left without incident.
A woman at 3:26 p.m. reported someone spray painted graffiti on the gazebo at Ben Walters Park.
A woman at 6:03 p.m. asked police to check on an elderly woman at her Hanson Avenue home. Police checked on the elder and determined she was OK.
Feb. 7
A woman at 2:08 a.m. reported an apparently drunk man screaming behind her Soundview Avenue home.
A woman at 9:49 a.m. asked police to check on her grandmother at her Main Street home.
A woman at 11:03 a.m. reported someone charged movies on her cable TV bill while she was out of state.
A man at 12:49 p.m. reported someone slashed his tires on his Toyota pickup truck while it was parked at his Bonanza Avenue home.
A man at 6:58 p.m. reported loud screaming and a possible fight at a Ben Walters Lane apartment. Police responded and found no evidence of a fight.
Feb. 8
A trooper dispatcher at 3:52 a.m. asked police to check on a person who dialed 911 and would not provide information. Police responded.
Feb. 9
A woman at 2:20 a.m. made a 911 call of a man yelling and pounding on the door of her Jenny Way home. Police responded and issued the man a trespass notice.
A school official at 9:28 a.m. reported a student had drug paraphernalia at the middle school.
A man at 12:22 a.m. reported a person driving a snow machine on the sidewalk along East End Road.
A man at 1:53 p.m. reported someone bought merchandise with a bad check at a Pioneer Avenue home.
A woman at 2:18 p.m. asked police to check on a woman who made suicidal statements. Police responded.
A man at 6 p.m. reported a child left unattended in a car parked at a Sterling Highway business. Police could not find the child and car.
A woman at 6:56 p.m. reported her husband locked her out of their Early Spring Court home. Police responded and determined the incident was a verbal argument only. The parties were separated for the night.
