Ryan J. Davis, 23, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation on the conditions that he provide a DNA sample, not have contact with his victim, enroll in and complete a batterers intervention program at South Peninsula Haven House, pay a $50 court surcharge and pay restitution to his victim.
