• Would it truly be additional money? Or would they decrease what is now allotted for education and make up the difference with the new source from the dividend fund. Is this just another way to get the dividend fund in the hands of the legislature who can’t stand having money that they can’t spend for us. After all, they know what’s best for us, don’t they?
