Cora Jean McCaughan was born Feb. 13 in Bellingham, Wash. to Edith and Tad McCaughan of Ferndale, Wash. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Her grandparents are Don and Robin Lane of Homer and Mark and Penny McCaughan of Groundhog Bay.
