The 17th annual Kachemak Bay Shorebird Festival seeks musicians to perform at various locations through the festival weekend of May 7-10. Arts and education vendors also can apply for the Arts and Education Fair. Applications are available at www.homeralaska.org or at the Homer Chamber of Commerce.
