Feb. 17

Police at 9 a.. arrested a 43-year-old man on Heath Street on an outstanding warrant.

A man at 10:46 a.m. reported a break-in at an Ocean Drive business.

A school official at 3:25 p.m. made an after-the-fact report that a high school student drank alcohol. Police took no action and the school suspended the student.

A caller at 9:06 p.m. reported seeing a domestic dispute in a car on Main Street. Police responded and determined it was a verbal argument.

A caller at 10:24 p.m. reported a domestic dispute at a Ben Walters Lane home. Police responded and separated the parties for the night.

Feb. 18

A school official at 9:53 a.m. reported a girl in possession of a pipe with marijuana residue. Police notified the Office of Juvenile Justice.

An official from the Anchorage Veterans Affairs at 11:24 a.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a veteran at a Pioneer Avenue address. Police could not locate the man and issued a be-on-the-lookout notice.

Police at 4:40 p.m. served a search warrant.

Feb. 19

A woman at 10:45 a.m. reported items stolen by a shoplifter at a Pioneer Avenue business.

A woman at 12:40 p.m. reported fraudulent use of a credit card.

Feb. 20

A man at 8:10 a.m. reported receiving harassing phone calls on a new cell phone number.

A caller at 1:47 p.m. reported an expected death at home of a man at a Sea Breeze Court address.

Police at 5:12 p.m. received numerous 911 calls of a two-vehicle collision at Lake Street with injuries. EMTs and police responded.

A woman at 6:24 p.m. made a 911 call of a foster child acting aggressively. Police responded and notified the Office of Children's Services.

Feb. 21

Police at 1:59 a.m. stopped a 36-year-old man driving on Pioneer Avenue and arrested him for driving under the influence and marijuana possession.

Police at 4:55 a.m. arrested a 39-year-old man on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

A caller at 4:38 p.m. reported juveniles crawling through an open window at a Ben Walters Lane home.

Feb. 22

A woman at 12:50 a.m. reported a drunk and belligerent man at a Pioneer Avenue bar. Police contacted the man and told him to stay away from bars for the rest of the night.

A woman at 1:10 a.m. reported her husband was drunk and demanding the car keys.

A caller at 3:44 a.m. reported a drunk man causing a disturbance at an East End Road bar. Police responded and arrested a 51-year-old man for DUI.

Feb. 23

A man at 3:08 a.m. made a 911 call that he was assaulted by another man. Police responded and could not locate the suspect. The man said he did not want to press charges.
