Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 23:

Judgments

Teresa A. Fink, 38, failure to appear in court, charge dismissed. She pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, with 40 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered not to be on the property of Ulmer's, and placed on probation for two years.

Christopher A. Kratsas Derr, 18, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He also pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was fined $200.

Cornily V. Kalugin, 42, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Naomi W. Klouda, 48, violating conditions of release, charge dismissed. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 200 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had her driver's license revoked for one year, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for three years.

Patrick G. Halbur, 29, fourth-degree assault, violating conditions of release, interfering with a report of domestic violence, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to another charge of violating conditions of release. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, 80 hours of CWS to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to attend an anger management class, a parenting class and an alcohol safety action program, and placed on probation for three years.

Pete K. Daily, 57, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, 80 hours of CWS to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle license and was fined $300.

Lars A. Peterson, 29, third-degree theft by receiving, six counts; second-degree theft by receiving, five counts, a felony; unlawful possession, one count.

Leif E. Peterson, 31, third-degree theft by receiving, six counts; second-degree theft by receiving, five counts, a felony; unlawful possession, one count.

Iakov Martushev, 52, driving under the influence, driving while license revoked.

David M. Hovertsen, 43, DUI, driving while license suspended, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Terrence L. Durecki, 41, DUI, refusal to take a breath test.

Wade W. Thurmond, 19, Anchor Point, first-degree robbery, first-degree assault, both felonies, fourth-degree theft.

James R. Inman, 36, Soldotna, DUI, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

John L. Gunther, 41, DUI.

Brian D. Hutchinson, 51, DUI.

Pauline C. Goldslager, 60, second-degree failure to stop at the direction of a police officer.

Garrick M. Tramp, 19, Anchorage, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
