Feb. 22

A woman at 11:59 a.m. reported her boyfriend was drunk and threw things at her. Police and EMTs responded to a Svedlund Avenue home and took the man to the hospital for alcohol-related issues.

A bank official at 2 p.m. reported fraud involving a man's account.

A woman at 5:02 p.m. reported her underage daughter insists on dating a man four years older.

A store employee at 6:30 p.m. reported a shoplifter at a Greatland Street store. Police issued a summons for theft to a 57-year-old man.

Feb. 23

A man at 12:42 p.m. made a 911 call reporting a dog barking at his chicken at his Jenny Way home.

A man at 6:15 p.m. reported a neighbor's vehicle parked in the driveway of his Rochelle Road home with the engine running for an extended time. All was OK.

Feb. 24

A caller at 11:25 a.m. reported a man who violated parole was in the area. Police arrested a 65-year-old man on a fugitive from justice charge at the harbor.

A man at 4:12 p.m. reported a reckless driver at the landfill who was angry after being told he could not dump hazardous material there.

Feb. 25

A rental company at 1:36 p.m. reported tools not returned when due.

Feb. 26

Police at 8:42 a.m. helped troopers in searching for a runaway child.

A man at 11:15 a.m. reported a theft from an unlocked car on Mountainview Drive.

A man at 3:07 p.m. made a 911 call that a driver at Lake Street and Pioneer Avenue made an illegal left turn and ran a stop sign, almost causing an accident.

A man at 3:51 p.m. reported a white 1987 Honda motorcycle and a red 2007 Honda motorcycle were stolen from a Rainbow Court address.

Feb. 27

A woman at 12:47 p.m. reported the theft of cash, medication and a cell phone.

A woman at 7:41 p.m. reported a man sat in front of their West Fairview Avenue home and threatened to break out their windows. Police responded but could not find the suspect.

Feb. 28

Police at 12:01 a.m. arrested a 46-year-old man for driving while license revoked.

A clerk at 4:26 p.m. reported an argument at the front desk of a Sterling Highway motel between a mother and her son. Police warned the family for disorderly conduct.

March 1

A man at 11:02 a.m. reported a suspicious looking person looking inside boats at a Kachemak Drive boat yard. Police contacted the man and determined all was OK.

A social worker at 3:15 p.m. asked police to detain a man for mental health issues if seen. Police found the man and took him to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

A man at 4:44 p.m. reported a mountain bike was stolen from a Kachemak Drive home.
