Judgments

Elauna M. Sena, 22, minor consuming alcohol, charge dismissed (2007 case).

Sherri L. Thomas, 42, driving under the influence, charge dismissed.

Steve W. Beling, 42, reckless driving, two counts, leaving the scene of an accident, charges dismissed.

Tina M. Yuth, 45, hindering prosecution, two counts, charges dismissed.

Hunter L. Beling, 18, hindering prosecution, two counts, charges dismissed.

Jaclyn N. Dale, 22, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, third-degree forgery, third-degree theft, fourth-degree theft, charges dismissed.

Richard A. Anderson, 48, no motor vehicle liability insurance, charge dismissed.

Trisha S. McCauley, 19, pleaded guilty to attempted fraudulent use of an access device. She was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended, with the option of performing 240 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to pay restitution; and was placed on probation for two years.

Ernest M. Barber Jr., 28, Soldotna, driving under the influence, marijuana; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Thomas L. Mason, 43, DWLR, failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer.

Jason Richard Lee Keller, 30, second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Jessica Hartley, 29, DUI, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, three counts, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Michael J. Lowe, 37, DUI.

Jedidiah Z. Martinez, 21, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Lawrance M. Hill, 57, fourth-degree theft.

Beau Turner, 18, repeat minor consuming alcohol.

Mary E. Webb, 16, minor consuming alcohol.

Jessy J. Ackerman, 20, Anchor Point, second-degree vehicle theft.

Katie M. Tyrer, 21, DWLR.

Michael Bess, 40, motor vehicle liability insurance required.
