She was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended, with the option of performing 240 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to pay restitution; and was placed on probation for two years.
