Noelle Nicole Routon was born at 8:35 p.m. Feb. 15, 2009, at St. Vincents Hospitalin Beaverton, Ore. She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce. Her parents are Micah and Marla Routon. Her grandparents are Gary and Debbie Routon of Newberg, Ore., and Tom and Linda Harris of Anchor Point. Noelle joins big sister Samara.
