Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through March 3:

Judgments

Amber L. Coila, 18, minor consuming alcohol, charge dismissed.

Irene M. Clark, 55, drunken person on licensed premises, charge dismissed.

John E. Elmore, 41, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear and was fined $150.

David O. Teufel, 26, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Beth A. Aspen, 47, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended with 40 hours community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered not to have contact with her victim and placed on probation for one year.

Iakov Martushev, 52, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 240 days in jail with 220 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, install an ignition interlock device and not have contact with his victim; had his driver's license revoked for one year and placed on probation for three years.

Leah A. Maal, 37, Kenai, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons, charge dismissed. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had her driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Max Regets, 21, minor consuming alcohol, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Jaime L. Gable, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had her driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Travis W. Hines, 21, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

James W. Krout, 33, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and placed on probation for two years.

Grant A. Lee, 53, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 270 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device, had his driver's license revoked for one year and placed on probation for three years.

Joel R. Olson, 19, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, domestic violence. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend domestic violence intervention and alcohol safety action programs, and placed on probation for one year.

Brian Hutchinson, 51, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.
