Taz Tally, a renewable energy advocate, will be the guest speaker at Tuesday's Homer Chamber of Commerce luncheon meeting. Tally will speak on advances in renewable energy technologies and funding sources for energy audits, weatherization and renewable energy. He will be accompanied by Eric Sherier with Alaska Wind Industries and grant writer Sara Thompson. The luncheon will be from noon-1 p.m. at the Best Western Bidarka.
