A woman at 5:13 p.m. reported a man walking without shoes in cold weather on Hillside Place. Police responded but could not find the man. He was later located by a citizen.
Alaska State Troopers at 9 p.m. asked for help in finding a suicidal woman in the Diamond Ridge area.

A man at 12:30 p.m. came to the police station to report a civil issue while at the same time a caller reported the same problem. Police advised both parties of their options.
Police at 11:16 p.m. helped firefighters respond to a chimney fire on West Fairview Avenue.

Police at 12:06 a.m. issued a summons to a 27-year-old man for not having liability insurance.
A woman at 12:34 a.m. reported she didn't want to go home because she was afraid of her boyfriend.
Police at 12:58 a.m. contacted a 35-year-old man on Bartlett Street and arrested him for driving under the influence, driving while license suspended and failure to appear in court.
A caller at 8:27 a.m. reported a Homer Spit business had a door wide open. Police responded and found everything OK.
A woman at 5:23 p.m. reported a vehicle on wetlands in the Kachemak Drive area.
Police at 7:26 p.m. served a warrant on a woman at the Homer Jail.

Police at 12:59 a.m. arrested a 26-year-old man on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
A caller at noon reported someone drove over an outhouse on Beluga Lake.
A man at 12:27 p.m. reported his ex-employer would not return his equipment.
A man at 3:52 p.m. reported someone making unauthorized transactions on his e-Bay account.
A man at 6:29 p.m. reported drug activity in the Homer area.
Police at 11:15 p.m. contacted a 46-year-old man driving on the Sterling Highway and arrested him for driving while license revoked, misuse of registration and not having liability insurance.

A man at 10:48 a.m. reported people photographing eagles on the Spit harassed his son.
A woman at 6:01 p.m. made a 911 call reporting a man sprayed his daughter in the face with mace. Police arrested an 18-year-old man for third-degree assault.

A 43-year-old man at 3:52 a.m. came to the police station and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
Police at 10:29 a.m. assisted an apartment manager with disposing of medicine from a recently deceased person's home.
A man at 12:01 p.m. reported someone used his credit card fraudulently to buy airline tickets to Europe.
A caller at 5 p.m. reported someone in the Fireweed Avenue area was feeding eagles.
An Office of Children's Services worker at 6 p.m. made a report of harm. Police referred the complaint to troopers.
A man at 9:53 p.m. reported someone stole his snowboard from the back of his truck while parked at a Ben Walters Lane restaurant.
