Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through March 9:

Judgments

Richard D. Behmer, 42, pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 24 months in jail with 20 months suspended; ordered to pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 jail surcharge, a $100 probation surcharge, the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and provide a DNA sample, had his driver's license permanently revoked, ordered to forfeit his vehicle and placed on probation for three years.

Benjamin David, 21, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Vladimir V. Reutov, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $500, ordered to complete 20 hours of community work service and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund. He also pleaded no contest to MCA, second offense. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, with fine to be satisfied with community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour, ordered to complete 48 hours of CWS, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Kelli Haines, 47, DUI, charge dismissed. Haines pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a chemical test. Haines was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had a driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Nathan W. Vandecoevering, 35, driving under the influence, driving while license suspended.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Elizabeth Davidson v. Cody Davidson, temporary restraining order granted.
