Troopers at 7:45 p.m. contacted a 57-year-old Homer man after a report that his 1995 Chevrolet Blazer was found stuck in a ditch on East End Road. Troopers allege the man drove while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for DUI and taken to the Homer Jail.
