Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through March 15:

Judgments

Jason R.L. Keller, 30, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 29 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years.

Richard W. Foley, 48, pleaded no contest to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

David R. McDonough, 42, driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, two counts.

Maureen D. Ensminger, 49, third- degree assault, felony indictment; fourth-degree weapons misconduct.
