Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through March 17:

Judgments

Elaine T. Inman, 30, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed.

Aleksandra Efimoff, 30, Nikolaevsk, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had her driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Randi R. Roberts, 18, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. She was fined $50.

Brenda D. Johnston, 49, DUI, charge dismissed. She pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. She was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and placed on probation for one year.

Erica J. Duncan, 24, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, ordered to pay restitution, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, and placed on probation for one year.

Colleen M. Williams, 45, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was fined $300 with $300 suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Nikita F. Konovalov, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Thomas H. Norris, 46, failure to insure vehicle, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to improper use of registration. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Daniel M. Coglianese, 42, third-degree assault, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, felony indictment.

John A. Boerrigter III, 27, motor vehicle liability insurance required.
