The Minerals Management Service is seeing public comments on its next five-year plan for access to oil and gas resources on the Outer Continental Shelf. The plan will determine where federal OCS oil and gas lease sales will occur from 2007-2012. Deadline for comments is April 11. Submit comments electronically at
www.mms.gov/5-year/2007-2012main.htm. Comments also may be submitted by e-mail to fiveyrplcomments@mms.gov. or mailed to Renee Orr, 5-Year Program Manager, Minerals Management Service, 381 Elden Street - MS-4010, Herndon, VA 20170.
