Pet of the Week

Not so tall, but definitely dark and handsome — that’s Harry, a neutered 4-year-old feline with long, black hair. With his preference for the indoors, Harry would be an excellent guardian of home and hearth. He loves people, which makes him a great companion for kids, other cats and even dogs.

Add a playful nature to Harry’s many other charming and outstanding qualities and you have the makings of a great family pet.

If you would like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the Animal Shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. For more information, call 235-3141.
