Pet of the week

GeeJoe has a face only a mother could love — but a heart of pure gold! GeeJoe is a 9-pound Yorkie/poodle mix who is very good with other dogs and cats. He loves to be loved and is a very playful, happy little guy. GeeJoe is not used to small children, so he does better with adults.

If you would like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday, noon–5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for information.
